Nektar have recently upgraded the installers to run automatically and give a seamless experience for those wanting to get full control from their Nektar keyboard.

Installing Impact support files for Studio One
Make sure that you install the Studio One integration files for Impact after installing Studio One. If you accidentally ran our installer before installing Studio One, Studio One will not recognize your Impact series keyboard. In that case, simply run our latest Studio One support installers again.

| I'm getting stuck notes trying to play my xoxbox and Neutron despite them working fine the other day, I can play notes on my Nektar T6 keyboard and the synths play fine, if I click a note within the piano roll the midi gets stuck and I have to use reconnect to get it to stop As you can see in the video below phpBB [video] I can play notes just fine on midi keyboard but when I stop and press a note on the piano roll it hangs I've tried deleting the settings folder and setting up devices again, the result is the same, I've tried disconnecting all but one device, the result is the same. I've tried various settings in device setup like not having midi clock turned on etc, result is the same. I've tried with pure Midi out of my interface AND USB midi to my Neutron, result is the same I can play VST's in the piano roll just fine and no note hang, it seems to only be external midi and it only started happening a few days ago, prior to that it was fine, I haven't changed anything in my system or installed/deleted anything during that time. | Good to put your setup info in your signature. You have midi going to external midi device and coming back? Might be a midi loop, what does the midi monitor show when this happens? Keyboards have a local off setting to prevent that. | No I don't have midi returning I have it coming out of my interface into my Neutron then thru Neutron into xOxbOx via midi cables(tried with just Neutron and just xOxbOx connected, same result), my T6 is midi over usb but like I've said even with the keyboard disconnected the midi is still hanging when note is pressed on piano roll It does note off, yet after first note it hangs, I can press other notes and they show up in midi monitor but it has zero effect on the external device, once it hangs it prevents any further midi being sent It's not a device issue itself as it does this for both my Neutron and xOxbOx, and I've tried with each device individually to try and eliminate the problem in case it was an issue with the Neutron, it's not an interface midi issue as I've tried with both midi & midi over usb for my Neutron Win 10 x64 - Studio One 4 Pro - 4770k - 1080Ti - 16gbRam - Roland Rubix22 - Nektar T6 - Behringer Neutron - xOxbOx |

| Reading that it seems the problem fixed itself with a win 10 update which is disconcerting as it means likely I won't see a fix until an update irrelevant to the issues randomly fixes it, it means I'm without a DAW until this random event happens, how am I supposed to work or even trust the DAW if things just randomly break for absolutely no reason ? | Maybe try contacting Technical Support and seeing what happens. Mention that Ward contacted them about it in the past too. If they got a System Profile from him maybe they can figure out what’s happening. Things don’t “randomly” break, there’s always a reason. There was a rare problem with macro toolbars from a while back caused by a completely unrelated program that a few people had installed.. My feature requests (every vote helps!) | This is all working normally for me. Win 7 (Studio One 4.5.5) and Mac (Studio One 4.6) No hanging notes here, ever. What setting have you got for the Inputs to your Instrument track. Is it ALL INPUTS. If so try setting that to just the controller you are sending from and see what happens. That will eliminate a double midi signal maybe causing the issue for you. Please add your specs to your SIGNATURE. Search the STUDIO ONE 4 ONLINE MANUAL. Access your MY.PRESONUS account. OVERVIEW of how to get your issue fixed or the steps to create a SUPPORT TICKET. Needs to include: 1) One Sentence Description 2) Expected Results 3) Actual Results 4) Steps to Reproduce.
