Orwell Dev-C is a Portable (IDE) Integrated Development Environment and Compiler for the C programming language. It's a maintained version of Dev-C which features an updated MinGW compiler and updated code. Orwell Dev-C (sometimes referred to as Orwell, Dev-C, Dev C) was added by DutchmanDavid in Mar 2012 and the latest update was made in Jun 2019. The list of alternatives was updated Nov 2019. It's possible to update the information on Orwell Dev-C or report it as discontinued, duplicated or spam. Download Latest Version Dev-Cpp 5.11 TDM-GCC 4.9.2 Setup.exe (50.4 MB) Get Updates. Setup releases contains Dev-C in setup form. Portable releases contains Dev-C in zipped form. Use devcppPortable.exe to store configuration files inside the program folder. Compilers contains various compilers compatible with Dev-C.
