Aug 18, 2009  Like synchronized singing. Now this is where the problem occurs. In Mixcraft, when we are listening to it, after we press play, the vocals sound perfect, but when you mix it, which I mix it to a mp3. The vocals become muffled in the created file, but only the parts when we're both singing at the same time.

  1. Muffled Sound In Ear
Okay, I have just started using Mixcraft about 4 days ago, and it's a very simple program. I picked it up really quick. I love it, but there is one little setback that bothers me.
Auto Tune 7 Sounds Muffled

Muffled Sound In Ear

I'm hoping someone could help me. My problem is with the vocals. Okay, I record my vocals, and on a different track I record my friends vocals. Since we only have one mic, this allows us to record, stop, pass the mic, and record. This is especially good because we have different auto-tune settings to get that robotic voice we like. At times our voice will overlap, especially when we match what we say so you can hear both our voices be heard at the same time, it gives a cool effect. Like synchronized singing. The vocals become muffled in the created file, but only the parts when we're both singing at the same time. Basically the parts that our voices intercept/overlap. Yes, I tried turning the quality as high as it goes, but still nothing, it just made the file huge. Is there a way you can change this? Is there something you can do?
